I am contacting you on behalf of Birth to Five Illinois: Region 50 (St. Clair County). I was hoping to check with the Library to see if they have a story time hour that we could come and distribute information to parents. Do you know your website is horribly scrambled? On the bottom right of the comments page you have the tags for a book review. Other pages are using a wraparound design with no edges or delineations. You need a new webpage design service or IT person.
