The meeting was called to order by Susan Meister at 1:05 p.m.
Susan Meister submitted her resignation of both her role as President and as a member of the Board of Directors of the Lebanon Public Library. Following her resignation, Susan left the meeting.
The items listed in the Public Notice regarding this meeting were discussed.
The meeting was adjourned at 2:30 p.m.
